Show a valid photo ID on arrival. Let us know your arrival time in advance through the WhatsApp concierge so the residence is ready for you.

By 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Studio Deluxe by 11:00 AM; the Suites and Penthouse by 12:00 PM. Late check-out on request, subject to availability.
Children & beds
All ages welcome
Cribs available on request. Extra beds on request, subject to availability. Add the ages of children to your enquiry for accurate pricing.
Pets
Not allowed
To keep every residence fresh and allergen-free for all guests, pets are not permitted on the property. Assistance animals are considered on request.

Not permitted
No smoking anywhere on the property. A designated outdoor area can be arranged on request.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer; we share the details after you book. Cards and mobile money are accepted on site.

Damages

Any damages or missing items may be charged after departure. We inspect discreetly and only ever raise it when needed.
